Items have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed. Most items are in craft, non-graphic boxes. Damage to the items will have pictures attached and titles will begin with an asterisk *

Auction Terms & Conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by My Auction House LLC.
PAYMENT NOTICE:
> All cards on file will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you are a cash buyer please notify us before the conclusion of the auction.
> There will be a 11% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased.
> You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions.
> Payment Types: Cash, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express, Wire Transfer.
AUCTION PICKUP
All items must be removed within the 3 days following the auction close. If you can not make the pickup dates you must inform us before the pickup window closes. If you do not notify us your items will be forfeited as we do not have the storage space. We hold items a MAX of 7 days after auction close, no exceptions.
All merchandise not removed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by My Auction House LLC.
All merchandise is sold As-Is in like new condition unless otherwise stated. ALL TVs, Large Furniture, Vanities, Bathtubs, Refrigerators, BBQs and already assembled items must be inspected before leaving as no refunds will be given for any discrepancies or damage. For all other items with damage, we must be notified within 7 days of pickup of any issues. Items incorrectly listed are subject to full refund. ANY & ALL returns must be received within 30 days of pick up.
Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal. My Auction House LLC is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed.
